Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us

You may use the model withdrawal form available on this website (model withdrawal form ), but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. This shall not apply if, in an individual case, we have expressly agreed otherwise, in particular if we have agreed in an individual case to collect the goods from you.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

If you have requested that the services should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal or expiry of the right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Section 312g (2) BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to:

contracts for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded,

contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery,

contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised,

contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly personalised to the consumer’s requirements.

Furthermore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

The right of withdrawal expires, in the case of a contract for the provision of services which obliges the consumer to pay a price, upon full performance of the service, if the consumer has expressly agreed prior to the commencement of performance that the trader may begin performance of the service before the withdrawal period has expired, and has confirmed their knowledge that their right of withdrawal will expire upon full performance of the contract by the trader.

Please note that the arrangements referred to in paragraphs 2 and 3 above are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
