This special amino acid quality also makes EasyBuild interesting during intensive exertion: the BCAAs it contains serve as an energy source for the musculature and can help spare the body’s own energy reserves. Lysine and leucine in particular play an important role in muscle and body building. Lysine is an important building block, while leucine, above a certain quantity, provides the impulse for building new muscle mass – provided that the other essential amino acids are also available in sufficient quantities.
