Lein-Distel-Öl

Lein-Distel-Öl is a blend rich in omega-3 fatty acids, made from linseed oil and milk thistle oil. Of all vegetable oils, valuable linseed oil contains the highest levels of unsaturated, essential fatty acids such as linoleic acid (omega-6) and the important alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3). Milk thistle contains what is known as silymarin, which supports the natural function of the liver.
