Does your horse have sensitive skin? Then we'd like to introduce you to marstall Haut-Vital: a grain-free muesli with a low-energy formula and a high concentration of nourishing nutrients that are optimally available for your four-legged friend.
Haut-Vital is a low-energy, grain-free muesli for horses with sensitive skin.
Regardless of whether skin problems are already visible or not: the carefully selected and combined ingredients strengthen the skin's natural function and regeneration. Horses with skin irritations benefit from the organically bound trace elements zinc, copper, selenium and manganese in Haut-Vital. Seaweed, diatomaceous earth, brewer's yeast, natural herbs and linseeds, as well as essential omega-3 fatty acids, support supple and resilient skin. To relieve and strengthen the body's natural defences, we have added pollutant-binding clay minerals and the natural sulphur compound MSM. The vital sulphur-containing amino acid methionine in pure, pre-caecally digestible form is an important building block of stable keratin and completes our Haut-Vital formula.
Incidentally: our grain-free skin muesli also supports the gastrointestinal tract. Thanks to the high concentration of nutrients, only a small amount of concentrate is needed, and the timothy fibres it contains promote your horse's chewing activity.
Feeding duration
Haut-Vital should be fed from at least February to October, or year-round.
Mineral feed
When feeding the recommended amount, no additional mineral feed is required.
More energy
Haut-Vital has been deliberately formulated as a low-energy muesli. If needed, it can be supplemented with Naturell-Pro and/or Lein-Öl.
Depending on the size and energy requirements of the horse, we recommend feeding an additional 20 to 100 ml of oil rich in omega-3, such as marstall Lein-Distel-Öl.
For horses that eat hastily, horses with feed envy, dental problems, etc., we recommend feeding Haut-Vital soaked. To do this, for example pour 1 litre of Haut-Vital over 1 litre of warm or cold water and leave to soak for approximately 15 minutes.
Important:
Due to its higher content of trace elements and vitamin D3 compared to complete feeds, this feed supplement for horses may only be fed in accordance with the recommendations given here! Please only use additional preparations containing minerals, trace elements or vitamins after prior ration calculation.
All feed quantities stated should be divided into several small portions throughout the day.
Our recommendations are based on a roughage proportion (hay) of 2.00 kg per 100 kg live weight/day.

Bei Hautproblemen jederzeit wieder Haut-Vital
Bei meinem 11-jähriges Islandpferd waren an Bauch und Kruppe Anfang des Sommers immer noch Reste vom Winterfell zu sehen. Zudem hatte er offene Stellen und Juckreiz von Grasmilben.
Schon nach 2,5 Wochen hatte er fast, nach 4 Wochen komplett das ganze Winterfell verloren. Auch der Juckreiz war verschwunden. Nach 8 Wochen waren alle kahlen Stellen zu und er hatte ein wunderbar glänzendes Fell bekommen.
Wegen des niedrigen Energiegehaltes des Haut-Vital und weil Atlas Futter grundsätzlich „drüsch", wie man im Rheinland sagt, nicht so gerne frisst, habe ich – wie bisher auch – 50 ml Leinöl dazu gefüttert. In Kombination mit der empfohlenen Futtermenge war das ideal. Atlas wurde trotz 1 bis 1,5 Stunden mittlere Arbeit täglich nicht zu dünn, behielt seine gute Figur und auch seine hohe Leistungsbereitschaft.
Mein Fazit: Ich würde bei Hautproblemen jederzeit wieder zum Haut-Vital greifen. Man sieht Atlas einfach an, dass es ihm guttut.
