Overview M
Milk thistle oil
Above all, the shell of the ripe milk thistle fruits has a lot to offer. This is because it contains silymarin, which is so valuable for the liver. During pressing, silymarin enters the oil, which has an excellent reputation in horse feeding for supporting the liver, as numerous research findings underline.
Silymarin is commonly used to regenerate and support liver function. Its constituents combat free radicals, help defend against the penetration of toxins in cases of poisoning and support the liver’s natural metabolism overall.
Please note that commercially available thistle oil is obtained from safflower and does not possess the positive properties described.
